Fathers Across Cultures (FAC) – now in its 5th year - was launched in 2009, as a subsidiary program from Out Of Bounds (OOB), to reduce the frustrations that our young men experience and help foster the innate leadership qualities that they possess. The FAC program was inaugurated from the many gunviolent deaths in our communities, in an effort to promote healing and optimum youth productivity.

Since its inception, Fathers Across Cultures have supported well over 6000 young men.

Father’s Day Weekend is an immensely appropriate time to honour the fathers in our midst; to appreciate the mentors who help empower our young men; and to intensify our efforts to help minimize the frustrations and violence that rob our families and communities of young male lives. Please join in this vital effort to uplift Fathers Across Cultures in our communities.
